Manson Sued

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 23 – Two children of Mrs. Rosemary La Bianca, one of the seven persons allegedly murdered by some of the suspects in the Sharon Tate case, filed a $2 million suit in Los Angeles against Charles Manson and five of his followers.
Suzan Struthers, 23, filed the suit as administrator of the estate which she and her brother, Frank L. Struthers, Jr., 16, will inherit from their mother.
Named as defendants with Manson were Charles Watson, Linda Kasabian, Patricia Krenwinkel, Susan Atkins and Leslie Van Houten. The suit charges all were involved in the Aug. 10 slaying of Mrs. La Bianca and her husband, Leno.
